New round of consultation on Local Plan
On 4 December North Somerset councillors agreed to run a public consultation on potential additional locations for development to address the government's new higher housing target for North Somerset.

North Somerset Council EPIC decision now due Jan/Feb 2025
North Somerset Council have been working towards presenting the Epic application to the December P&R meeting. However, they have recently been made aware that the Government is intending to publish a revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) before Christmas. Greenbelt Proposal Still Unacceptable
Epic Healthcare have submitted revised proposals for their proposed office campus at Land Southwest of Long Ashton Park and Ride.
