No Mow May

The Parish Council is committed to considering the conservation and promotion of local biodiversity with regard to the management of its open spaces, so we're leaving patches of grassy areas to grow longer this May to allow native flowers to bloom for bees and butterflies and provide shelter for small mammals.

Areas of grass at Kings Croft, Pear Tree Avenue, Theynes Croft car park, the Burial Ground meadow and Birdwell Rec will not be cut during May.
